Require software for chatting on LAN

I am working in a small office having 10 machines. Our server has Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition installed on it and all other clients have Windows XP Pro SP3.

I am searching for a free software which we can you use for a chatting within our LAN rather than using Yahoo or MSN messenger. Can someone suggest me a good software and maybe free?

There are a lot of such software's available on the net. Just Google it. Some of them are:

I know above two messenger's are not free but are one of the trusted messenger's that we can use in our business.

Since i have used IP messenger its good buy i still prefer Yahoo messenger!
If your internet is down then IP messenger works cool! So i would recommend you that.
So you can go ahead with it!
