    Youtube video "Criminal Skills" message

Whenever I am viewing any videos on Youtube or similar sites, I used to get the message saying:

The site you have chosen has been categorized as: Criminal Skills
Contact your Internet administrator if you require access to this site.

What does this message mean? Why is this happening whenever I see any videos on any sites? Is it common?

Your computer might be either hacked or having some serious virus attack. First disconnect the internet connection. Then scan your computer with a good, updated anti-virus software.

The site might have been blocked by your administrator or ISP. Just check it if thats the case.

You didn't got such message! So that's good or bad? Do you want your computer to be hacked by some one or want some kind of malicious software?

I think some software settings is stopping you to view the videos such as security setting in your browser or your antivirus software is not allowing.

It is coming from your ISP.

You can often use an anonymous proxy to bypass those limitations.
