we can not cut the iso image to burn on 2 dvd traditional

you can install winrar and extract the contents of the .iso file.

which will then help you to write it on a dvd.

You can not burn an actual true ISO image of something larger onto smaller media.

You can either attempt using a program to decrease the size of the DVD or you can create it on a hard drive and then use a splitting program and then copy it the broken up smaller chunks to smaller media, but it will not be playable.

If it's a Video then you need to either use Dual Layer (9GB disk) or squeeze it down.
