Music making software?

Hi,
Anyone know software to make music on the computer using loops & different kind of musical instrument sounds? I also want to edit soundtracks!

Well i use audacity & very happy with the software you can try it & see if it helps you!
I know you want some loops & instrumentals but no idea about that! May be some additional plugins will work!

Try sound forge its a good software for sound editing! Sony ACID integrates well with it.

Check out MagicScore Maestro. We create some stuff with it, it supports many plugins, and creating music goes easily and quickly.

You can use fruityloops, its pretty cool once you get to know it.
