To be straight forward, I am having problems while playing games, I mean it crashes a lot and I think the problem is with my video card because it says internal driver error.
How can I rectify the problem and also solve it?

Did you tried uninstalling and reinstalling or updating the video card drives?

Might be memory conflicts or memory failure but sorry can't help you to check it because there isn't any utility to test it. However, does it happens to only one game or every games? Also try to adjust the settings for those games and see if it still occurs to you.

May be because your os running out of memory and you need to upgrade your system by either adding more ram sticks or increasing the page file.
