Folder of Outlook Express disappeared

Gone too important a folder in my Outlook Express and does not appear either in the Documents and Setting. Don't know the way to recover it? Is it possible to block the folders so that does not happen again?

Well, the truth is that that is what has happened, it is not! has disappeared, one day when I opened Outlook was no longer likely to think that maybe I wanted to delete a post without realizing that the folder mark will delete all messages and folder.
