Zone Alarm Password Help Please.

Hello friends!
I just have this irritating problem. Do anyone out here have solution for this?
Actually i forgot this zone alarm password & now it wont allow me to change any of the settings or uninstall it.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Try this if you can find yourself comfortable doing this on your own.
Start -> Run-> msconfig -> Startup Tab ->
Now scroll down to the program list & look for ZoneAlarm, Minilog and True Vector entries and mark them "don't run" by unchecking the mark.& apply.
Reboot,Now uninstall ZoneAlarm & install it again!

If above solution you find difficult then what you can do is.
start your PC in Safe MOde. Now Open C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs folder then Delete *.RDB files viz BACKUP.RDB, IAMDB.RDB ...
Restart now you will see Zone Alarm start as a fresh install. Your problem will be solved since there is no password. You can set anew password for Zone Alarm.
