Comparison of 2 sheets in MS Excel

Please this is very urgent, I shall need a quick result,

I have two sheets in excel (field 1 & 2), each of which contains, inter align , a column which contains number of bills, I need a tool (or formula with explanation or with macro explanation because I am not well experienced), which allows me to extract the number of bills that exists in sheet 1 but not in sheet 2 and put the information on this bill (line as a whole) in a 3rd leaf.
And the same approach for the invoice number in the sheet 2 but not in sheet 1 and put the result in a 4th leaf.

There are 0 because I've done a few tests, therefore, not complete
the explanation of the sheet 3 are valid for the leaf 4 (reverse leaves in the formulas)
I have made reports on the columns B and C.

I changed the wording a little because I have not been able to come with this solution.

Now I have two sheets:
Field1: contains a column B "num Bill" and its given (Paid / Unpaid /...)
Field2: contains a column B "num Bill" (always among others)
I want to find a formula which, for each "dig Invoice" Field2, it is testing its existence in the field1 and whether it makes me this condition in a column L to Field2 so that I can identify the difference in status between two sheets and if the "num Fact" is not in field1, then its in column L "Non-existent".

Hello you can use the RECHERCHEV, (I suppose that in the field1 No invoice are unique), but should be in your field1 "closer" Your column G No invoice (in the B No invoice, C state bills) this fact it will also sort the table on the field1 No invoice.
I will take my case, that in both your leaves begin to No. 2 line and that in your field1 invoices stop the line 300
In Your field2 C2 between the following formula:
= IF (ESTNA (RECHERCHEV (B2; Field1! B $ 2: C $ 300, 2, FALSE)); "no"; RECHERCHEV (B2; Field1! B $ 2: C $ 300, 2, FALSE)) and extends to the whole column.
