Screensaver disappeared

Hello!

I do not know a lot about computers, just enough to get by.

Here is my problem. I am using Windows XP. This morning my computer became infected with Antivirus 2008 malware. I removed the threat, but my wallpaper and screensaver options seem to have disappeared from the configuration pannel.

I went and all it says is this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"NoDispScrSavPage"=dword:00000000

So what do I do with it?
