How to share an Excel spreadsheet between multiple users

    Hi,
I work for a small firm & i want to know the is there any tool in Excel or any third party software available for excel spreadsheet so that we can view an Excel spreadsheet document at the same time in our office?
Actually i want all the users to be inthe same document & saving changes.
Is this possible? If it is Please let me know about some more information regarding this!
    Thank you.

    To share an Excel spreadsheet

To share an Excel spreadsheet, select Share Workbook under the Tools menu.

When the Share Workbook window appears, click on the checkbox to allow changes by more than one user at the same time.

Click on the Advanced tab. You can then customize the options. Click on the OK button.

The following message should appear. Click on the OK button.

Now when you return to the spreadsheet, you should see [Shared] at the end of the file name. This indicates that the Excel file is set up as a shared workbook.

Is there any solution if we want to share this spreadsheet with users from same domain but at different location. Members will have the permission to look at this document but can't edit it except those who are given the permission.
    Is it possible?

Doing this with Excel is *begging* for trouble--shared workbooks are especially prone to file corruption, and it is best to avoid that "feature".
Google Spreadsheet is supposed to be able to do it.
Do you have the ability to use Webex or Live Meeting or some other online meeting service? That would allow everyone to "see" the spreadsheet while still allowing just one person to "drive"...

    You can Using Add-in A-Tools
To share Excel data files for multiple users on the network, Excel ‘s way is only share full folder that contains an Excel files. In this way, the computers in your network can access the copy and even completely remove this data file. The owner of this Excel files can only share all sheets in workbook (file) the whole it is difficult to hide the sheets or prevent others from seeing data. Other requirements as allow users access to the data but has the rights: read only, edit, limit how many people are connected ,.... Excel can not do it.

A-Tools is an add-in run in Microsoft Excel environment. A-Tools has the following functions:
    • Create & Manage Server (Excel Server)
    • Create ranges in worksheet for sharing on the network
    • Build Groups and Users to access/connect to
    • Setup rights for groups
    • Manage list of users connected
    • Connect to the Excel range to read/edit/format
    • Functions support for editing and updating data on server
    • Management Excel reports on the network (LAN), support commands: Check; Approve; Dis-Approve. Under each command the user is not allowed to copy data, printing, modify report.
    • Query data on worksheet
    • Connect to the external database: Excel, Access, MySQL, Firebird,…
    • Create dynamic report
    • Build query formula BS_SQL() by “SQL Builder”
    • Create function for Function BS_SQL()
    • Query and linking data to Server by BS_SQL() function

A-Tools running on versions of Excel 2000/XP/2003/2007/2010.
