Office 2008 (Mac): new update available

Microsoft has released an updated version of Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac OS X. Update 12.1.2, it provides several improvements in performance and stability. It should be noted, the acceleration of start Word, improving the performance of calculating Excel, and the correction of various bugs formatting, opening documents or even take charge of certain characters has been done. The upgrade also fixes a security hole to replace the contents of memory by malicious code, whose operation was detailed in the security bulletin MS08-043, and fixes a bug affecting the execution of AppleScript code. It is the becoming a useable product with this update included. Launches are pretty much faster but it takes time to launch at the first time after restart.

I have installed it with no issues but I hope that the Sync Services would be fixed as well.
