"This program cannot display the web page" in WMP11 Album Info?

So basically i get this error when i want album info of a song/album:



I have done everything possible under my control...Set WMP11 as my default player..uninstalled programs that i thought might be interfering with WMP11 and uninstalled and reinstalled my anti virus/firewall. I cannot uninstall WMP11 off my comp because im on Vista (32bit) and i really dont wanna system restore. so any help will be appreciated...thanks in advance.

yes ive checked those topics...one of them didnt make any sense to me since im not tht good at computers (ie proxy and stuff i ddint understand). i also didnt understand 'Media Usage Rights Acquisition' topic.
