Problems in Uninstalling Sybot

I had 2 spybot from which I removed 1 from Add and remove programs, and the other, gave me problems if I wanted to open it. While attempting to uninstall it from Add and Remove Programs I get the following message:

file c:\windows\unins000.dat does not exist. file C: \ WINDOWS \ unins000.dat does not exist. Cannot uninstall. Can not uninstall.

I do not know if they try to install it again and again. Add and remove programs, removed the old one.Should I use the Unlocker to erase all traces of spybot and then make a clean installation.

That might make you think that?
