Why cant i delete Symantec files?

I am very annoyed deleting this Symantec files as it wont get deleted. These are the files that wont be deleted- symlcsvc.exe, symlcrst.dll, symlcnet.dll

I also followed the steps mentioned in this website even though i am not able to delete these files. Please tell me how can i delete this permanently.

Did you try the norton removal tool?

I was able to uninstall Norton by the norton removal tool but still that folder has 3 left over files which is not deleted. This is really very frustating.

Are you able to delete the folder itself or else first delete the three files & then the folder perhaps? Another thing you can do is reinstall norton & then try to again uninstall it & see if the files are getting deleted?
