Error_1935 in 3ds Max

Hello! Please can you help me?

I was installing 3ds Max in my Vista machine and came up with following error-

Error 1935. The installation of assembly

It seems like 1 of the similar problems people face while installing programs such as MS office, Adobe products, Nero, etc!

I would say run a virus scan first before coming to any conclusion. Such problems many times are related to virus or spyware problems in computer which i have faced and cleared by scanning and removing them. Then the programs run properly.

I have already run the antivirus scan. Nothing detected. After your advice, i also went through spyware check but nothing!
