I've Googled this to hell and back, but the update is this:
Update for Windows Vista (KB938371)
Download size: 4.9 MB
You may need to restart your computer for this update to take effect.
Update type: Important
Install this update to enable future updates to install successfully on all editions of Windows Vista. This update may be required before selected future updates can be installed. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. Once you have installed this item, it cannot be removed.
It won't install with an error code of 80004005. Every other update went off without a hitch. I've downloaded the validation plugins from Microsoft. Nothing. Tried to install during a shutdown/reboot. Nothing. I figure I must have disabled an improper service, but I don't know which one it could be. So, I've made screenshots in hopes someone could tell me which one needs to come back on.
