cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects

Sponsored Links
I am receiving this error message on all of my Windows XP SP2 clients:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1030
Date: 5/14/2008
Time: 2:28:26 PM
Description:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message that
describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy engine.

No Event ID 1058's are occurring. I'm currently going through the
resolutions outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887303/en-us. Nothing
has seemed to help so far.

I appreciate any and all replies to this query. Thanks, Joe

Re: cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects

Can you give some more details of your setup?
When did you start getting these messages, and what changed?
