RDC - because of an error in data encryption, this session will en

I am connected via a Vista Business x32 SP1 system to a Windows Server 2008
Standard x64 system and on MULTIPLE Vista Sp1 systems, I get a remote desktop
    disconnect.

because of an error in data encryption, this session will end

I have the Remote Desktop Connection settings on Microsoft Windows Server
2008 x64 setup to be More Secure, and I tried Less Secure. I am a domain
administrator and I am logging onto them. We are only going over a switch.
I had NO problem before SP1 (I updated thinking that might help) and I still
have NO problem on Server 2003 systems, but the 2008 acts up. I tried with
    SP0 and Vista SP1 and x64 vista sp1 too!
These are actual systems, on HP ProLiant DL385 or DL365 systems and are "out
of the box." I just installed and I want to remotely connect to them to
configure them, instead of in the server room.
I tried /console and NON RDC console in Vista.

It makes using Server 2008 impossible and sadly if this doesn't get fixed,
we will NOT use Server 2008 as we can't operate without RDC.
