MSDTC Service Start Error -- Please Advice. Thanks.

    I have 2 machines (totally identical) & created a Windows2K3 x64 R2 Cluster
on these. The Cluster seems to be working okay. But I am having trouble in
starting MSDTC Service on one one of the machines (but working fine on the
    other machine) -- getting:
The Distributed Transaction Coordinator service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 2 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in
    11000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
    The Event ID: 7031
Yes, I have enabled network DTC access on both the machines & tried "msdtc
-uninstall/-install" on the failded MSDTC node several times -- but nothing
    worked.
Can somebody please tell me what to do?
    Thanks.

When I did: sc query msdtc -- I got the following:
    SERVICE_NAME: msdtc
    TYPE : 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
    STATE : 1 STOPPED
    (NOT_STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE,
    IGNORES_SHUTDOWN))
    WIN32_EXIT_CODE : 1067 (0x42b)
    SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
    CHECKPOINT : 0x0
    WAIT_HINT : 0x0

What is the meaning of this?
    Thanks.
