have you tried to reboot node B?
error code 1130 is "Not enough server storage is available to process this
    command."

Re: cluster file share resource failed in Windows 2003

    Hi Johnny,

The times we've had customer call Microsoft with this Event ID 1055 and an
error code of 1130, has been when a particular third party application has
change a registry value of IRPStackSize.

IRPStackSize specifies the number of stack locations in I/O request packets
(IRPs) used by the server. It may be necessary to increase this number for
certain transports, MAC drivers, or file system drivers. Each stack uses 36
bytes of memory for each receive buffer.

Depending on the hardware configuration of a specific computer, the default
value may not be large enough for the Srv service to properly administer
shared directories on some of the physical drives. You may potentially also
    see the following event message:

    Event ID: 2011 Source: Srv
The server's configuration parameter "irpstacksize" is too small for
the server to use a local device. Please increase the value of this
    parameter.

In Windows NT 4.0, the default value of IRPStackSize is 0x4, and the range
    is from 0x4 to 0xC (4-12).
Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5 or later ignores values less than 0x7.

In Windows 2000, the default value of IRPStackSize is 15, and the range is
    from 11 to 50.
In Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, the default value for IRPStackSize
is 15, and the range is from 11 to 50.

See the following article for more details on how to change the registry
    value of IRPStackSize.
