Exclude one person from specific domain policy

I am limiting the size of the roaming profiles for my users for
obvious reasons. This is set in the default domain policy. I need
to remove this limitation for one user in particular, but do not know
the best way to go about this. I am still rather new to Group Policy
so I'm sure this is a fairly simple question. Do I need to create a
new policy specifically for that user and if so, how do I attach that
    to just one user??

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Quoted from Microsoft article.

If you want to prevent the Group Policy from being applied to certain users
or groups, follow these steps:a. Click the new Group Policy object that you
    created, and then click Properties.
    b. In the Group Policy object name Policy dialog box, click the Security
    tab.
    c. Click Add, type the name of the user or group in the Enter the object
names to select box, click Check Names, and then click OK.
    d. In the Group or user names list, click the user account or group, and
then click to clear the following check boxes in the Allow column:
    Read
    Apply Group Policy
    e. Click OK.

Thank you very much for the reply. I don't necessarily want to
exclude him from the whole Group Policy, because there are other
settings that I would like to keep like path for Roaming Profile,
Favorites, Trusted Sites, etc. I only want to remove the limit on his
    profile size.

    Thanks again.

Do I have to create a new Group Policy for one person? If so, how
will I make sure that the new policy supersedes the other policy for
    this one user??

    Thanks again for the suggestion.

the best thing to do, would be to put the profile size limit in a serpate
group policy (take it out from the first), and exclude your user from the
"profile size limit" policy using the method above
