Migration 2003 Standard 32 bit to 2003 Enterprise 64 bit

I have Windows Server 2003 32 bit Sandard Edition. Is it possible to
upgrade the server to Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition 64 bit without
    a complete reinstall?

    Dear Customer,

    Thanks for your posting.

It's non-supported upgrading path from Windows Server 2003 32 bit Standard
Edition to 64bit. As for this scenario, the clear installation is requested.

For the more information about supportive upgrading path, please refer to
the reply to "Migration 2003 Standard to 2003 Enterprise".

    Thanks.

    Sincerely

I would recommend that you purchase a new server if you plan on moving
to a 2003 x64. If you don't have the resources to purchase a whole new
server then consider setting up a temporary server or virtual machine
to host a temporary server install. Once you have a temporary server
set up, you can dcpromo move all the roles over to it for AD and FSMO
(don't forget other essentials like DNS and DHCP, etc.). Then you can
demote the your 32-bit original DC. Next, install 2003 x64 and then
move everything back over to it (and configure as necessary).

    Good luck.
