When I try to install MOSS 2007 on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
operating system that runs in MS Virtual PC 2007 on my Windows XP notebook, I
get a message saying I need to install the .Net Framework 3.0 first.
My notebook has a Verizon FIOS internet connection that works superbly on
the XP system.
When I open Virtual PC 2007 and run the virtual Windows Server 2003
operating system, I can't seem to setup/connect my virtual system to the
internet.
The installation of the .Net Framework 3.0 requires a connection to the
internet to perform the install: You can't just download a file, put it on a
CD, and run it from within the virtual server.
How can I connect to the internet from the virtual Windows Server 2003 so
that I can get the .Net Framework 3.0 installed?
