Event ID 6008 Windows 2003 Standard Edition

Dear All,

We have Windows 2003 Standard Edition with SP1 installed on a DELL PC. We
are experiencing a strage problem where the PC autimatically restarts at
different times. The event logged is 6008. Below is the full details of the
error. Can anyone please help.
