Windows 2003 servers reboot unexpectedly

Hi,
We have 13 windows servers in a domain.every weekend 4 servers reboot unexpectedly.
The System message displayed when we login into the server through remote
desktop is
System Failure: Stop error
Reason Code: 0x805000f
Bug ID:
Bugcheck String: 0x00000077 (0xc000000e, 0xc000000e, 0x00000002, 0x00475000)
Comment: 0x00000077 (0xc000000e, 0xc000000e, 0x00000002, 0x00475000)

The above entry is for 3 servers for the fourth one the system message is
System Failure: Stop error
Reason Code: 0x805000f
Bug ID:
Bugcheck String: 0x00000077 (0xc000009d, 0xc000009d, 0x00000003, 0x006d4000)
Comment: 0x00000077 (0xc000009d, 0xc000009d, 0x00000003, 0x006d4000)

In event log entries the event id 6008 states The previous system shutdown at 2:05:21 on 16-9-2007 was unexpected

All the systems reboot at the same time

The Minidump entries is attached below.
