Event ID: 10005 / Source: DCOM error

I am getting the following error in my main DC System event log and am going
crazy trying to get rid of it. I have searched the MS help and support,
technet, Google, etc. to no avail. This error gets logged every few hours.
My IISADMIN service is and has been disabled. Would there be any need to
have it enabled? Running W2k3 Standard OS. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

Description:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled

Hello Sherry,

Do you have exchange also istalled on it? Exchange needs IIS.

I run an Exchange server on my network, but Exchange is not directly
installed on the DC.

What if you uninstall IIS?

I found out that I do need to run IIS manager on my DC because I am running
MS Exchange System Manager as a tool. But I can uninstall the WWW and SMTP
service. I am going to do that and then see if my error stops. If it does
not, I will be back to post again.
