Session5 Initialization Failed

Hello Everyone,

I'm brand new to this Forum. As I am studying Web Design I need to have
working versions of Windows Server 2003, Commerce Server2002 amd MS
SQL2000, and I am trying to install an evaluation copy of Windows 2003
server onto an External USB hard drive. The internal drive has both
Windows XP and Vista (Dual Boot). I disable the internal drive and set
the bios to boot from the CD first, then the USB drive second. After the
initial install of the basic (Executive) files from the CD, Windows
Server does boot but then I get the BSOD with "Session5 Initialization
Failure STOP: 0x00000071". I have looked at the Microsoft site and it
mentions a device driver problem, but all I am installing at this stage
is the operating system. Has anyone experienced this problem and found a
solution.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
