    diskpart wont let me extend... Whats up?

    The Disk is Dymanic as it was Mirrored. We broke the Mirror, then went to
    extend it.
    Here is the Diskpart info...

    Microsoft DiskPart version 5.2.3790.1830

    DISK - Print a list of volumes on the disk.
    PARTITION - Shows details about the current partition.
    VOLUME - Print a list of disks that contribute to the volume.

    DISKPART> detail vol 2

    Would it not have been easier to say that I cannot extend my System Volume?

    What is with the 'may be' are there instances where you can Extend the
    System Volume?

    So what about Extending the Broken Mirror Drive? Its not marked as System..

    When I try to Extend, it says it was Successful, Though does not report that
    its been Expanded. A Reboot later its still the original size.
