SNMP Error... Event ID: 1501

Has anyone seen/resolved this error withing Windows 2003 (SP1):

The SNMP Service encountered an error while setting up the incoming
transports.\n The IP transport has been dropped out.

Seems to happen everytime the server is started. Although it shows the SNMP
services as being started, we still cannot receive notifications from our
monitoring device via SNMP on this one device.

Ideas? Thoughts? All would be greatly appreciated.
