| Backup DNS reformat and then restore
Hello, I am in need of reformating a server and it is the primary DNS. Is there a funtion in Windows Server 2003 that will allow me to backup the DNS's current configuration and then restore it after the reinstall? Thanks for your help Joe |

If it is, is it the only domain controller? You can use dnsdmp, downloadable from www.reskit.net/scripts to export the zones to a removable drive, then use it again to import the zones. -- Best regards, Kevin D.
