I don't know of any checklist. I think it works the other way round, which
is that the monitoring tools alert you if anything is wrong. If you have the
right monitoring tools set up there isn't really any maintenance in the
sense of routine tasks you perform on a given schedule.
I think monitoring tools are the cinderella of software and infrastructure.
They are the essential component in a reliable service, but they don't get
much attention.
If you really need a checklist, I suppose you could reverse engineer a
monitoring tool into one,
