    How do I open ports in Server 2003 if Windows Firewall is disabled

    I need to open port 69 (TFTPD). How can I accomplish this if i have windows
    forewall disabled? Thanks in advance.

    If the Windows Firewall is disabled, all inbound traffic will be permitted
    to the server in question unless you have a third-party firewall installed.
    Generally speaking, this is a bad idea for an Internet-connected server, I
    would much more strongly recommend enabling the WF and creating a port
    exception for TCP 69 to meet the needs of your application - see the
