Windows 2003 RIS and Dell Optiplex 745.

I have a 2003 SP1 running RIS. I was able to riprep.exe a Dell Optiplex 745
to the RIS server. When I go to deploy this new image it will start to set up
and come to an error screen the image does not have a drive for your NIC
card. I have followed the KB 254078. I have made the $oem$\1$\Drivers\Nic.
When Windows Set up start I get "The Operating system image you selected
does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter. Press any
key to exit. :(
