Netdiag /test:DNS

Windows Server 2003 AD integrated DNS.
Multiple DNS Servers. Installed Second DC with DNS after dcpromo, all
records synchronized as part of AD.
Yesterday, i happen to take the first DC in the domain offline, and my pc
started having issues with nslookup. Even though it had the second DC/DNS
server listed it could not resolve names, even though i could surf the web
with no issues (forwarders installed). I ran the test above and received the
error
[WARNING] Cannot find a primary authoritative DNS server for the name

I ran it on the first one this morning and got the same error, though we
don't seem to be having any problems.

I just want to make sure that if the first DNS fails we don't have issues,
and also correct the error above.

I was able to get the error to not occur when running the test by disabling
the second (unplugged) NIC card.
Still need to check on the failover.
