    Windows Update KB931125 (Root Certificate) W23K x64 doesn't work

    Hi
I have installed a Windows 2003 R2 x64 Server. After the setup, the windows
    update installation
    (http://update.microsoft.com/microsof...ult.aspx?ln=en) complete
successfully, excepting .net framework 3.0 and the root certificate. The .net
framework terminated with an error (after opening the windows installer), so
I made a download from msdn and all works fine.

The root certificate update complete successfully, but after every rescan,
the root certificate appears as "optional update". So I don't know, the
    update fails or succeeds.

    Thank you for your support.
