svchost.exe - 100% CPU usage, and 100 MB memory usage.

Hello,
Some times I have problem with svchost.exe (100% CPU usage, and 100 MB
memory usage).
There is no any malicious software installed in OS.

- Windows XP SP2 EN
It's happend only when MS realise new updates at update.microsoft.com
