Kernel Stack InPage Error when data is written to Server

I have a SQL server that writes 3.2 GB of data to a Windows 2003 remote
server that has twp 100Mbps NICs (which at one time were Teamed when this
happened but now one is disabled). Both servers are on the same LAN.

This backup job takes about 10mins and runs every day and has been running
for at least a year. Occassionally the remote server will crash. This has
happened maybe 4 times in one year but it happend this morning again at 6:00
am. Each time it does happen it's at 6:00 am when this backup job starts.

    The BSOD shows:

Kernel Stack Inpage Error Stop 0x00000077
    (0xC0000185,0xC0000185,0x00000001,0x0459e000)

I've read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/228753 (although this if or W2K)
and it says that "This issue can occur if a requested page of kernel data
could not be read from the paging file into memory...
    Code: 0xC0000185 indicates STATUS_IO_DEVICE_ERROR"

Although it doesn't say what 0x00000001 or 0x0459e000 represent.

Could it be not enough Virtural Memory?
I have two page files at 1500MB each for a total of 3GB of pagefile. I have
2GB of RAM so I am at 1.5 times the size of my RAM which is recommended.

Although it appears the error code indicates a hardware issue I have no
problems any other time. It only seems to be triggered by this backup job.

Any one have any suggestions? TIA!

Probably this issue can be solved disabling ACPI function in BIOS and all the
energy saving profiles in Operating System (Win2K3)
