    Faulting application svchost.exe,faulting module netapi32.dll in W

Hi, last week I had a problem with a client´s Win2K cluster, the error

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.2.3790.1830, faulting module
    netapi32.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, fault address 0x0000a2be.

appeard and the hole cluster went down and both servers had to be restarted.
I checked the newsgroups for this same problem, some had the same issue but
on a Win2003 Server, and also found an article about it,

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910666/en-us

but I don´t know if that would work on a Win2k Sp4 Server.
I would like to know if anyone knows how to prevent this problem from
    happening again.
    Thanks.

Never mind the question, my client told me the server is a Windows 2003 so I
think I´ll follow the articles that I´ve seen, thanks anyway.
