Increase system partition size

I have windows server 2003 installed on a disk with three partition: C, E
and F. Drive C used to have an XP installation, but it's not working anymore
and I don't need it on this machine. E has server2003 installed. F holds
data.

My E-partition is running out of space, so I would like to combine C and E
or decrease the size of C and increase the size of E. How would I do that?

I don't like to reinstall this server, as it holds a lot of services and
settings. It is a domain controller with Certificate Services install.

How do I get more space on E:?

Any suggestions what's the best way?

Use a partition manager, e.g. Acronis Disk Director. It's non-destructive
but you should still back things up beforehand ***and*** test your
backup.

I had a bad experiecne with Disk Director and I switched to Paragon Partition Manager...
