User level: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer For Machine Level: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer I would HIGLY recommend using Local Machine Policy or GPO's to change anything with IE, it will make your life a lot easier under most circumstances.
