How to change Windows 2003 Server Product Key

I have a Windows 2003 Server that was installed using someone else's product
key. Is there a way to change the installed code to the key that was just
purchased?

Thanks. But I am looking for a solution that explicitly works on Windows
Server 2003, not Windows XP.
