"Service Unavailable" IIS 6 Windows 2003

Hello,

My website give me this error: "Service Unavailable"

In the events:
Scource: W3SVC-WP
Event id: 2268
Could not load all ISAPI filters for sites/service. Therefore startup
aborted.

W3SVC service is started but "DefaultAppPool" couldn't stay on (I start
it but it stops).

I have this error since I installed Domain Controller (and no error)
but after uninstalled and reinstalled again (it told me that it has
deleted all user and created a new administrator).

I have checked that:
%systemroot%\Help\iisHelp -> has IIS_WPG group permission: Read and
Execute, List Folder Contents, Read
%systemroot%\IIS Temporary Compressed -> has IIS_WPG group permission:
Full control
%systemroot%\system32\inetsrv -> has IIS_WPG group permission: Full
control


How to solve this error?

I have resolved this error unistalling "IIS debug tools", an IIS debug
from Microsoft.
Now it is fine.
