Event ID ( 1904 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found

I have a lot of these in my event log. It appears to be as a result of
Access 2003 going to MSDN for help information (which I guess is the
HHCTRL). Anyway to turn these off? Thanks.

    Event Type: Information
    Event Source: HHCTRL
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 1904
    Date: 6/1/2006

    Computer: WIN2003-HOME
    Description:
The description for Event ID ( 1904 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be
able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
    http://office.microsoft.com/assistan...&respos=1&rt=6
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=45840.

    See here
    http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?e...HHCTRL&phase=1
(and the KB article 896358 mentioned there) for more about this event.

Thanks, I saw that later on. The KB article refers to a registry entry for
help of 1.x, but my system has 2.0 and none of the keys look remotely the
same as that in the articles.
