Help: Faulting application wmiprvse.exe - module msvcrt.dll

I have machines running Windows Server 2003 with SP1. When you logon, wmi
errors pop up. The application log shows the following:

This error occurs like twice a day. MOM 2005 agent and Dell OpenManage are
installed on these machines. I have researched this particular error to no
vail. Can anyone give any clues on what could be causing these errors and
how to remedy the situation? Any help will be appreciated!
