Service Control Manager Event ID: 7031 WMI service terminated unex

Windows 2003 Server SP1. This error message occurs throughout the day
continously. I am unable to identify the root of the problem.

The Windows Management Instrumentation service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 2 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in
6000 miliseconds. Restart the service.

WMI was disabled, causing the error message below. I asked my customer to
re-enable the WMI and we'll continue to work on the 7031 error.
