Export and Import of local user and group accounts

I need to export all local user and group accounts to a
file and reimport it on another Windows 2003 Server
machine. How can this be done (note, no AD involved, just
    local users)

RE: Export and Import of local user and group accounts

    Hello,

Do you mean you want to migrate the local user and group accounts to
    another workstation?

There is a third-party tool called Member Server Migrator (MSVR-Migrator):

RE: Export and Import of local user and group accounts

Thank you for that info. But that tool is too expensive
    for me.

I just want to copy a couple of users with their
passwords and group memberships to a different server.
This is a realtively easy task on Unix (just copy the
passwd file over), but it seems impossible on Windows :-(
