    Win Server 2008 R2 2 NICs help

    Excuseme
    One question about win server 2008 R2...please helpme

    I have a server with a only role.. NMS (network management system).
    I have two NICs..one to the network...and one to the client.
    The client see the network through the NMS program.
    The Networks for the clients is 172.22.41.0
    The network to the Network is 192.168.8.0
    The NMS program has the IP 192.168.8.10
    The first client has the IP 172.22.41.34

    I can't see since client the NMS service.
    It's necessary routing??
    It's Nessesary ARP?
    It's neccesary something?

    Please helpme

    I think that as far your setup is concern, it should not have any routing problems, as you have seperate subnets, with different gateway configured. Are you finding any issues enabling both the NIC's?, as they are independent it should not cause any harm for the routing. I would recommend opening the CMD Prompt and verifing your Routing Table

    My problem is:
    I can't see from the client (172.x.x.x NIC1) the aplication NMS.
    NMS has 192.x.x.x (NIC2)
    The NMS aplication was installed in the server.
    I need see from client to NMS aplication but I can't.

    Do you have some recomendation?

    The NMS aplication have equipments (139) in monitoring and administration, this equipments belong to the 192.x.x.x.

    According to the further research, if you have successfully installed the "Service for Network File System" service role based on the steps that I mentioned in the previous post, both of the "Client for NFS" and "Server for NFS" should be appear in the "Service for Network File System" management console. And the services "Client for NFS" and "Server for NFS" also should be started in Services.msc. They are the components of the "Service for Network File System".

    i have public dns server and i m faceing a problem that if i ping my domain name
    than my privet ip is display
    please give me the solution for this
