    problem MS DTC cluster

I have a problem with my cluster (2 node active/passive) that host sql
    server 2005 db.
When I make a cluster move (move group) of mstc group, this operation fail
and in the event viewer I look this error

    event ID: 4122
Could not start the MS DTC Transaction Manager.

    event ID: 4185
MS DTC Transaction Manager start failed. LogInit returned error 0x8007000e.

the system operating in the nodes is: win server 2003 r2. When I move Sql
group or cluster group I have nt problem.

Is Network DTC access actually installed on both nodes? Check here for the
proper setup of MSDTC resource on a cluster:

    Re: problem MS DTC cluster

I have read your link. The cluster msdtc resource in this moment is in one
    node.
I have tried to run: msdtc - resetlog but do not work yet...
I have read also this procedure:

rename the %systemroot%\system32\dtclog folder to dtclog.old
    (IF it exist)
create a new dtclog folder (%systemroot%\system32\dtclog)
    at command prompt: msdtc -resetlog

But I have not dtclog folder....

enabling msdtc in a clustered environment

It might seem a unrelated or irrelevant but a good number of issues relating to enabling MSDTC on a windows server cluster can be resolved if you just do your windows update and ensure that you have the latest service packs etc before attempting to enable MSDTC as listed in articles KB817064 OR KB301600.
