View server roles through command line

I had found a command line tool that allowed me to view all roles of a
server, whether fsmo roles or things like time or dns server. I can't seem
to find the command now. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks.

It is most probably nltest. You can also view FSMO roles for a domain with
    netdom command.

    It was nltest, specifically:

    nltest /SERVER:servername /dsgetdc:domain.name

Is there a command line tool to see the same roles you would see in Manage Servers? Print, Application, File, etc...
