| Motherboards and CPUs that support Server 2008 Hyper V
Hi folks. I'm trying to put together an inexpensive system that will run server 2008 and be able to use HyperV. I know there are certain things that the processor must be able to do and the motherboard as well. I can't seem to find a list of motherboards or CPUs that will perform this functionality. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

I think the same applies for AMD. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_VT#Hardware_support I recently bought a HP ProLiant ML115 G5 Opteron Quad Core server for an incredibly low price (£140), and it even came with the remote management Lights-Out card for free (100% rebate). ss. |
